Paint the Design Colors (this includes White)

Black Will be One of the Last Steps So Skip that !

Paint All the Other Colors - ONE Color / Coat at a Time

Don't Worry if you get Colored Paint on Some of the Black !
We'll Fix that Later

Once all Colors Have been Painted (let Dry).

Once All the Paint is Dry - Do a 2nd Coat of All Colors!

Again Skip Black For Now!

Once 2nd Coat of Colors is Dry - We are Now Ready for BLACK !

This Photo Shows the Top Section with the 2nd Coat of Black
See How Clean this is Looking?

Keep Going with the Black Paint until 2nd Coat is Complete !

Also Use the Black to Paint around all the Edges (including the Inside Shapes we Cut)

Let Completley Dry !

Now we need to Clear Coat the Front

I use Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Matte Clear - It's Non-Yellowing.

This will help Protect the Paint from the Sun Rays , and the Weather.

Spray the Top and the Side Edges.

Here It is with the Clear Coat on it, Both the Colors and Black POP !

Let the Clear Coat Dry !

Once the Clear Coat is Dry

Flip the Cut-Out over and Paint the Back BLACK

Once the Black is Dry, Spray that with the Clear Coat
You know What's Next ! --- Let Dry - LMAO !

It's Time to Mount the Hardware

(A) - Severe Weather 2-in x 2-in x 8-ft #1 Pressure Treated Lumber
This will be Cut to Size.

(B) - Blue Hawk 3-1/2-in x 3-ft Powder-Coated Steel Garden Fence U-Post

(C) - GRK #8 x 1-1/2-in Yellow Polymer Round Washer Wood Screws

First Were Going to Mount the 2x2 Wood. with 5 Screws.

Then were going to Mount the Steel Fence U-Post with 4 Screws.

If Making Larger Cut-Outs.
These 3-1/2-in Steel Fence U post, Also come in 4' and 5' lengths
If your making one Say 5' Tall, You would want to Double up on these. Add Two Wood and Two Steel Fence Post
One on the Left and one on the Right.

Flip The Cut-Out Back Over Rightside Up.

Now Add Screws to the Front into the 2" x 2"
Try to add them Either in the Black Lines or Black Sections, Or Some other Dark Color

I added 3 of the Same Scews we Just Used above

Now use the same Color Paint and Paint over the Screw Heads - So were Using Black Paint.
And you no longer See Them

Once the Paint Dries Hit these three with some Clear Coat, that will help Keep the paint on Them.
